The Brothers In Technology (BIT) Program by Urban TEC is dedicated to empowering young urban males by providing education, exposure, and hands-on experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM). BIT focuses on bridging the gap in tech education and career opportunities, particularly for underrepresented youth, by fostering mentorship, skill development, and real-world industry connections.

Through a combination of workshops, mentorship programs, job shadowing, internships, and interactive learning experiences, BIT equips students with the knowledge, confidence, and resources needed to succeed in the ever-evolving tech landscape. Whether exploring coding, AI, drones, esports, or virtual reality, BIT is committed to cultivating the next generation of innovative leaders and problem-solvers.
